Isn't this like those squeeze-the-handle novelty games they have in the States in hotel game rooms and such? I'm surprised people managed to injure themselves on it, especially if it doesn't actively resist you (i.e. by way of the arm having a full 180 degrees of motion and forcing your arm back).
