Network Administrator?

Basically, I've got about 5 computers and laptops at home, linked together in a network. However, how do I set it such that there is one network administrator? I'm not exactly very experienced with all this, so forgive me if I'm getting some technical details wrong...

What do you mean by "One Network Administrator"? What do you want to accomplish? There's really no good reason to set up a full domain with only 5 computers.
