FTP and display of Asian characters
 

I recently set up an FTP and I have a number of files and directories that contain Asian characters. Trying to view a directory or download a file will result in no-file-found error. The server software I use is Bulletproof. Is this a general limitation, or is it just my problem. The computer the server software is on has the proper Asian character extensions installed (whatever they are called on XP), but the other computer I'm using to access the server does not.
