this is evil mercenary here asking if anyone has hearsd of Jeet Kune Do (JKD) other than me. if they have, and they have their own training methods, could they please post their training method?:ashamed:

I had JKD once, quick trip to the doctor, round of anti biotics, fixed me right up. Hope you get better soon mate!
