It's old news, but the new Harry Potter book has been leaked. Naturally I have spoiled it for every one of my friends, but should I put some spoilers up on here?

Who'd have thought they could do things like that with house elves? I mean, shouldn't that be illegal? Shouldn't Hermione at least have been pissed off about it? And wouldn't it hurt for weeks?

Is this title a joke? Whoever, moderates media center should edit the title if it is true...since thanks a lot to you, you ruined the story partly to me, as I don't read the books and only watch the movies. Thanks a lot dude!

The internet = worst place to be if you don't want anything spoiled in your entire, sheltered life...period.

I've read it, but various sources seem to indicate the book that was leaked may be fake.

Then again, they probably don't wanna admit what a major leak this is. And who the hell would go through the trouble writing the 7th book itself?

And people who don't wanna get spoiled? Too bad, the book's out for ages, is one of the reasons why people rush to get it so they don't get spoiled, and plow through it for the weekend. In Hong Kong, newspaper make HP spoiler a front page headline. Count yourself lucky your papers have more common sense. And the internet spreads spoilers faster and easier than anything else. At this point to a lot of people, the title spoilers are as famous as Darth Vader is Luke's father.

Don't wanna get spoiled? Read the damn books. Watching the movies isn't gonna tell you everything about the books either. Did you know Mr. Crouch was a cruel and cold father to his son Barty? Did you know Hermoine is against House elves being "enslaved" and started a protest campaign called S.P.E.W? Did you know Ron joins the Quittich team in Order of the Phoenix cause many seniors left? All of these have already happen in the first 5 books.

Oh no, I spoiled all those for you? Instead of whining about it go read them! It a 5 year old can read a 700 page book, so can you!

Someone put up the spoilers, I don't feel like waiting for the seventh movie to come out. I hope it's something crazy, yet not too surprising like Harry father is Voldemort. I wonder how the nutso Harry Potter fanbase reacts to these spoilers?

You know you could just go to a libary and read them...The final book is coming out in a few days... Why watch condensed versions on screens when you can read it in detail in bookform? Even Wikipedia's summaries are more detailed than the movie versions.

Well the spoilers only tell who dies... Its missing a whole bunch of juicy stuff.

One of the librarians at a library that got an advanced copy of the book took a digital camera and took pictures of damn near ALL the pages. I have a copy of it in pDF form. Very interesting. And cliche. I can't forget how cliche some of it is.

Damnit, I wanted that Ideon ending.

Heh there are some cute mistakes in that PDF.

The very first paragraph of the book goes like this;

'Harry wakes up, he has wet himself once again. Ron is standing over him, as always, watching, waiting, licking his lips. Angry with life, Harry casts the forbiddon spell Linkinus Parkses and bleeds to death. Hagrid eats his body and turns into a chair. Everyone laughs. The end.' then there's like four hundred pages of J.K.Rowling laughing.

An Ideon ending would be very nice.

I can't help but think that this is an elaborate fake.

First, there's how completely bullshit the book is. The characters lack any depth, the story is boring, and the dialogue is unbearable.

Then there's the tell-tale mistakes. Harry exclaims "Thank God" in chapter three. I don't believe the word "God" has came out in any other book yet. And the following paragraph in chapter eight was where I decided that even Rowling isn't a poor enough author to write this shit:

"Oh, I'm so sorry," hisser Hermione, and as she dragged the waitress out of sight of the windows, Harry heard her mutter a suggestion as to where Ron could stick his wand instead.

Add in the complete lack of public condemnation from the publishers (they're too busy laughing at us I guess), and I'm saying fake. And if it's legit I'm not even reading my copy of the seventh book when it arrives. I'll throw it into the fireplace for Saturday evening.

Reading the first 10 chapters only, boring is not how I would characterize the leak.
