DC++?
 

I want to try DC++, I have downloaded the app but cant seem to find anything. All I've done so far is connect to one of the public hubs on some list on the program, but cant search anything, not one file of anything of anytype.

What else should I do? I've also heard of special hubs to connect to that are better than the public ones? How to I connect there?

When you say you searched, did no files come up? Because if that happens that means that you didnt port forward DC++, and you are on passive mode.

Are you saying that you cant see a list when you try to connect to a public hub? If so, then the public hub itself is down.

I see a list on the hub, it looks like an irc chatroom with a list of user on the right.. Sorry noob here. :D It also displays some welcome stuff from the hub...

YOU NEED TO FORWARD A PORT AND SWITCH TO ACTIVE MODE

Just look to see if you are in active or passive mode. If in active click passive, then try searchin.
