iPod trouble! (Pretend shocked)
I've put some of my "purchases" on my iPod (some is legit) a while back and let it collect dust.
I got it back out this week and hooked it up to my new PC. I authorized it to be my 2nd of 5 PCs. I downloaded some (video)podcasts and wanted to add them. Of course I have the "manually add" selected. http://www.doom9.org/software.htm This guy on another forum nailed it on the head and I'm trying to check to see if I can manually manage the contents of the iPod so I can get the podcasts under podcasts and the video under video and....etc. Quote:

Perhaps try a different piece of software to manager your podcasts? I imagine someone out there has to have made a tool for Winamp or Foobar.

But I found the Winamp plugin that automatically makes each of the categories for the iPod so that when I drag things to it, I can put there where they belong. Not sure how that worked out, but it seems I've figured it out. Unless someone knows of good third party software to manage files, iTunes seems to work for now. |
Do you use the setting in iTunes that says something like "Automatically Sync Podcasts (Selected or All)"?
That works for me. |
