AOL login screen problems on web browser
Hi,
This problem happened recently and I checked google and aol.com but there's nothing on this problem. (I'm not sure if this part is relevant but about 2 nights ago firefox auto-updated. I shut down the computer and the next day) I use Firefox to go on aol.com and click on the mail icon, it takes much longer to load than usual and it brings me to a blank page (same problem if I click on the aim icon). I restart FF and still the same problem so I decide to use internet explorer (latest version) and it also gives me a blank page. I cleared cookies, cache, and history. I even tried reinstalling FF but still the same thing. The login screen for other site such as yahoo and gmail work fine, it's just aol. I took a snapshot of FF's error console but I have no clue how to read it... http://img516.imageshack.us/img516/3212/aolprobzi8.jpg And aol's help page only deals with the login screen for the aol program, not for regular web browsers. Can anyone help me out? |
problem went away after a few days. i guess the cache, cookies, or whatever didn't completely clear before.
