AOL login screen problems on web browser
 

Hi,
This problem happened recently and I checked google and aol.com but there's nothing on this problem.

(I'm not sure if this part is relevant but about 2 nights ago firefox auto-updated. I shut down the computer and the next day) I use Firefox to go on aol.com and click on the mail icon, it takes much longer to load than usual and it brings me to a blank page (same problem if I click on the aim icon).

I restart FF and still the same problem so I decide to use internet explorer (latest version) and it also gives me a blank page. I cleared cookies, cache, and history. I even tried reinstalling FF but still the same thing. The login screen for other site such as yahoo and gmail work fine, it's just aol. I took a snapshot of FF's error console but I have no clue how to read it...

And aol's help page only deals with the login screen for the aol program, not for regular web browsers. Can anyone help me out?

problem went away after a few days. i guess the cache, cookies, or whatever didn't completely clear before.
