PC software for upscaling DVD playback.

Not much to say beyond the thread title. Can anyone recommend good software for this?

Media Player Classic can do this.

I had no idea, thank you.

Do you have any other recommendations in terms of better codecs or alternate players?

I prefer the CCCP codec pack. Much better than the K-Lite Codec Page.

Never use K-Lite Codec anything...

CCCP is great. FFdShow w/ Media Player Classic is the best. Check out how to use it with your computer at HTPCnews.com -> linky <-

Thanks again. Although I do prefer the no frills Media player classic. This guy's walkthrough is with zoomplayer. Not a bad player I've used it before. I'll start to poke around and see if I need the pro version and whether or not I can get the kind of improvements that the page is showing.

Upscaling is just a fancy word for fullscreen playback. Any software player for the PC is capable of doing this.
