Okay, I'm a big Sims fan, but still, a movie based on the life of er, computer people, is just one of the stupidest ideas I've ever heard. Even worse, wil it have Simlish?

Times like these i wish i had a girlfriend who could hold my hand at times like these.

I'm scared, and i'm talking actually terrified for the movie industry if this is all they come up with.

Unless there's gratuitous WooHoo scenes, I'm not in the least bit interested. I think I'd rather play the game. Actually, what would make it at least remotely interesting is if the movie is not about the Sims themselves, but perhaps someone addicted to the game and the problems that come with it. Probably won't happen though.

It might be funny as a SNL skit or something, but a feature-length film? Yikes. Not such a great idea ... :eye:

I don't know... there's a fair bit of storytelling in the pre-made families, especially with the Goth family in The Sims (and its sequel).
