HDTV Tuner card recommendation?
 

I want to play game consoles on my monitor, and the advice so far has been that I should get a TV tuner. Because I may get HDTV in the near future, it couldn't hurt for the tuner to have the capability to accept it.

I've heard controller to video lag is an issue with some tuners, so I'd like to avoid those. Also, I'm not sure if there would be any conflicts with an ATI tuner and an nVidia graphics card. Although I do have an ATI graphics card now, I'm going back to nVidia soon.

Any suggestions?
