Firewire problem...
 

I bought a new firewire PCI card from Digitus, and when I connected to my motherboard, the windows automatically detect new device, but it doesn't work properly, since I don't have the driver of it.

I went to Digitus official website, and they didn't have any driver which support to my firewire card, here is the link:

I went to check their e-mail support, but it seems like their support service isn't functionally right now, just check it out:

So should I just return to the shop where I bought the card and complain or do you guys have any other solution where I can download the driver?

EDIT: I forgot to mentioned that the Firewire card I bought didn't come along with any CD's which contain the driver of it, so instead... it's a Video CD or something.
