What keeps you calm here in this dream we call life.

Music :) Its awesome stuff to relax to.

Then there's sleep. If that doesn't calm you I don't know what does lol

I am generally quite a calm person, but when I get annoyed or pissed off with work, I find that music does wonders for me.

my imagination, I am the kind of person that can sit and think about many things, it really calms me when I imagine destroying what ever it is that is pissing me off.

I do that a lot at work.

I understand that but you heard about what happens to quiet people. But having music on your side. you can probaly can stay that way.

I'm a quiet person myself, but if something is really fecking me off I'll play the piano until my hands ache. Not that I'm any good of it but one day I'll improve. If only I got angry more often...
