Uploading ChocoJournal Banner Broken

I wanted to change my ChocoJournal Banner yesterday but couldn't because it is broken to heck. Here's the error message I got after attempting to upload an image:

Looks like I gotta chmod 777 all files in there.

Try again and see if it works.
