Yet another how do I burn DVD thread
 

I have this avi file who is 856MB, it's a 2:47:12 video that just doesn't fit when I try to burn it into DVD.

Is there a way to put this thing on a DVD so I can watch it with my DVD player? I was thinking in decrasing the quality but I'm sure there's another way.

I've used total video converted and it gave me 3 mpg files but nothing worked so far.

if your dvd player can play Divx or xvid put your avi file direct if not,try to convert from avi to dvd type.
