Trying to find drivers for my motherboard/components

I recently had a harddrive failure on my IBUYPOWER computer, and after getting a new harddrive, reinstalled windows, and realized nothing would work properly because I no longer have the disc that came with the computer containing the drivers that it needs. The video card doesnt work correctly, instead of a smooth scroll down, the sort of leaps laggily, and the network card doesnt work at all (it's integrated into the motherboard, same with the video card), and the sound doesn't work at all (also integrated into the motherboard). So basically I need to find all the drivers that go along with this motherboard... but how? I don't know how to find out exactly what motherboard this is. The IBUYPOWER computer is EXTREMELY unhelpful, and I have no been able to get through to them. Can anyone help me out?

Give this a spin. It's a nifty little program that can identify computer components right through Windows. With that you should be able to see who manufactures the parts for your laptop so you can start your driver hunt.
