Best Game compilations

Hi, im helping running a Computer Game event.
We are in need of music and i got various compilations, but i know there thousands more out there.

Please can anyone recommend to me, and point to which ftp various compilations are on.

Im hoping for multi-console music, nothing specific apart from if it sounds good.

Major thanks.

So, are you looking for compilations like Perfect Selection Konami Battle the Best? Or personal compilations from people like me? If it's more of the latter I've got a good number of personal compilations that fits your request.

You can use the look account in my ftp and if you see what you want just PM me for a download password =).

Thank you. Im after anything game music wise that can be listened to while relaxing and hopefully nothing like next gen style with singers in them.

Oh and thanks for password. Got mine last month off ya :P

Yeah I just realized that, haha.

Ah so you're looking for more ambient stuff? I can think of a few that might fit the bill:
Peach Healing Music Nintendo Sound Collection Vol.1 - I listen this album the most whenever I'm doing my uni work.
Study Music Compilation Vol 1 (by Kureisama) - Another favorite of mine. It seems to feature alot of music from rpgs like overworld themes. If you like this compilation I would look for the following albums if you haven't already:
- Ys Healing
- ''zwei!!'' Super Arranged Version

Brilliant. Need nice music for a outside cafe type setup. To the right will be video games, and to the left will be people from EA, MS edios the works speaking. So need something thats relaxing, gamey and nothing to do with there work :P

Will grab those tomorrow thou. Massive thanks.

I still maintain one of the best compilation albums I've ever heard is Falcom's "Sorcerian Perfect Collection Volume II" (still hasn't been matched in my eyes), although the Ys 1 one is pretty special as well.
