Didn't anyone notice that I said "Islanders in 7"? Last year on Shinraonline I picked Edmonton when everyone said the other team would win in 5 and I won! I hope I am that lucky again this year.

Well, you are probably right, but heck, its fun watching to see what might happen. Mostly everyone thought Edmonton didn't have a chance last year either, and look what happened. Anything can happen when the playoffs come! :D That's what makes them so awesome.

Well, Dope had a lot more faith in the Rangers than the rest of us did, even Skate. =o I guess none of us could predict how incompetent the Thrashers' coaching would be.

That series had nothing to do with NY, and everything to do with the Thrashers being awful. Goddamnit.

Standings have been updated after the Devils Series Win. (Check previous post by me). Its ok Capo, you could be in last. Fortunately, I am comfortably giving you a cushion. Deni is the only one that didn't get any points on the Devils/Lightning series.

Leader board updated. gyorgy cziffra has taken control of the top. Meanwhile, Capo is moving up, and The Wise Vivi is coming close on second last player, BucPride. From 3rd to 12th, the points are tight.

As a longtime resident of Buffalo, let me assure you of one thing:

You NEVER count a Dallas team out until their loss has been made official, and even then you give it an extra day of wariness because you never know with those guys.

(Not that Buffalo has experienced any important wins over a Dallas team or anything.)
