how do i make the screen bigger in mugen?

try putting the mouse on the corner or one of the side borders of the window. If a two-sided black arrow shows up, hold hte right click button and drag the border to your desire. The corner usuall works better for resizing windows.

You can use this technique for pretty much ANY window on windows, but not always. I assume you're using windows.
