Dumb question: RSS Feed in Firefox?
 

Back when I got Firefox I noticed that they had RSS feeds built in, and I even managed to add a couple more afterwards, but I've forgotten how, and this "Sage" RSS & ATOM feeder that I tried out left me confused & dazed.

Can someone break this down and possibly recommend a good RSS thing for Firefox? I like having the functionality of updates to sites, but the way the Sage reader went about things just left me lost.
