MS Paint a platform game character
Once upon a time platform games were everywhere, you couldn't escape them. Not even over there by the fountain! The developers often put a whole days worth of effort into the main character design! No bald space marines here, no no! There were the likes of James Pond, Zool, Bubsy and Radical Rex. Each totally cooler than the last. It seemed pretty much anything could become the star of a platform game, so what would your SMASH HIT character be? What sort of special moves would they have?
I'd have a camel. He wouldn't look much like a camel. His name would be Cool Camel, because he's cool. What with that hat and skateboard. Watch out, Cool Camel knows the score. http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y13...ax/YoCamel.png He'd be able to jump up and stab enemies with his humps somehow, like Sonic but.. humps! And he has this yo-yo right, he can smack that into enemies! Gnarly! The game would be called Yo, Cool Camel! Because there's a yo-yo and a camel named Cool in the game ah hehohahohaheha it all falls into place! Your turn for the next best seller! |

This is Richard Biscuit, an anthropomorphic biscuit with a heroic thickness. In many platform games, the hero's level of protection comes in the form of different layers of armour, and Richard Biscuit is no different. He can acquire different layers of biscuit to strengthen himself. Richard Biscuit can also get different faces, like one with a textured design, or one with little windows so the layer of chocolate underneath can poke through. These have no practical advantages. This is the first level, called Level 1, and set inside a supermarket. Richard Biscuit has to free his biscuit brethren from tight air-sealed packages, but before he can do this he needs to collect those red stringy things connected to tabs which you use for opening packets of biscuits. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v43/hyudol/2.gif This is the intense climax of the game. *SPOILERS*. Stood on the rim of his great nemesis, Mr. Tea, and holding a spoon, Richard Biscuit has to scoop his half broken biscuit buddies from the bottom of the cup before they dissolve away completely, all the while being careful not to fall in himself. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v43/hyudol/3.gif |
