How to use Winny?

I really confused on using winny I downloaded the english version, and tried to search using japanese character, but it somehow doesnt connect at all. I'm confused how to conduct search with this (seemingly) promising program.

Also, could someone explain how to download stuff that is posted from ch2.net?

such as this page:
http://f56.aaa.livedoor.jp/~erodojin...oujin047).html

The people talking something about downloading doujin whatsoever using winny, I tried to click the link, but it keeps redirecting.

Could someone give some example how to use this program? =/

See hexadecimal strings like this? 8fda8ec3334382499dbf9ac9e0700366
That's the hash. To download those files click on the download triggers/rules tab (ダウン条件), and click on the first button below to add (ダウン追加). Put the hash in the appropriate box (ハッシュ), check the "download only once" option (the one just before the ignore rules at the bottom), and click "modify" (変更). Then just wait for the download to connect. It's possible to download files using the other parameters (filename, trip, etc) but using the hash will ensure you get the correct file.

As for connecting to nodes in the first place, you'll need to either find an updated nodelist (search around on Google), configure your network to allow traffic through your Winny ports, or just find another Winny version (maybe 2.0b7.1).

uh, it seems I still need some things to clarify, for example, what is node and trip? And is ISDN 128K good enough to use winny?

Anyway, thanks for the explanation blah, I will try to browse japanese web page to find some hashes.

You'd probably get disconnected most of the time, but if you keep it on 24/7 some will eventually finish.
