Xbox 360 Arcade Machine
This is one of the coolest things I've seen in awhile. I was in a bar in Maryland, and saw this new machine that was using an Xbox 360, but it was built like an arcade machine. It had a wide screen, a touchscreen to select number of players and a bill and coin drop door. You put in your money, choose number of players, pick up a controller and begin playing. I got about 10 minutes before I needed to put in more money. I'm a serious Golden Tee player, and took a break to show my skills on Madden 07. My skills were better than the others in the bar so they had the privileged of paying to challenge me, and when they lost I got a beer. Nice.
Has anybody heard of this thing? I'll take a pic next time I go back. |
Where in Maryland was this?
|
It was in Rockville.

I wish I had one of those in my bathroom. It'd surely make curry night a lot easier.

Wouldn't it have been cheaper to have just bought yourself a beer?
That way you could also have saved yourself the embarresment of admitting to having "Skills" at an EA Sports game. |
Can't be half as embarassing as mispelling embarassment when trying to be an asshole to someone just because he enjoys Madden '07.

Sounds interesting that there using a 360 as an arcade machine. More details about it would be nice like cost and other games.

So...uhhh...what the hell are we supposed to be talking about here?
Just, y'know. Curious. |
Apparently we're talking about how I can't spell for shit. Not exactly news round here though.
