Connecting PS2 controller with the PC?

Does anyone know where I can get an adapter to connect the PS2 controller with the PC? I once had one but no I cant find it anymore and playing GTA or OutRun 2006 with the Keyboard is no fun.

thanks!

Well, you could always buy a logitech controller, and I would suggest this model because it has rumble, and the D-pad works pretty well as a PS2 substitute. If you don't use the D pad or don't care about the rumble, you can get the base version for about 20 bucks.

If you have a Radio Shack near you, they might have this model in stock, which is the one I have. It works great, and it's certainly cheaper, but I think they might be discontinuing them, if not now, then soon, cause they were on clearance last time I checked.

They have these at Radioshack. I would have picked one up but I already have a USB PC Controller :3

I personally use this one: -> http://www.hkems.com/m_main.htm, others may be as good though. Still the reason I may recommend this one is because of excellent customer support. Some games were not working correctly so I mailed the developers and described the problem and they come up with solution almost instantly.

Search on eBay, if you haven't already. I picked one up for around $5 shipped. Works fine for Persona 2, so I'm all good :)

Thanks, you just reminded me of how Lik-sang's life was cut short in one felled swoop by Sony..... :(

I suggest the super dual box by Mayflash. I've got one of those and they work amazingly. Supports two ps2 controllers as well as rumble and DDR pads in case you ever wanna play Stepmania on foot.

Anything by SmartJoy is good, I personally use a SmartJoy Dual Plus. It's never given me problems of any kind, and it supports pressure sensitivity and rumble.

QFT. I own two of the SmartJoy PS2 converters and they work like a dream.
