Consonance and dissonance?
 

On the wikipedia entry for Hamauzu, it explains he uses dissonance and consonance. I am illiterate when it comes to the technical aspect of music.I looked up the meanings, but I still don't understand. Can someone point out a specific example in a track of his that uses this style?

Also, are there other VGM composers out there that use this style?
