Photoshop installation

Ok here is the problem. My comp is partitioned C:\ (1001mb) , E:\(66gb) and D:\(10gb). When I install photoshop, it asks me what folder do I want to install it in. I write "E:\". The next window after that tell me that I don't have enough space in C:\. C:\ only contains windows and nothing else. I was wondering if there was a way to install photoshop only in E:\. Or is there a way to change the hard disk's partition..without formating.
