Simple H.264 Encoder
 

Why does H.264 have to be so much harder to use than XviD or DivX?

I have tried many H.264 utils, most either require AVS and some other crazy input or produce undecodeable files. What I need is a simple GUI that will dual pass any AVI file that Windows recognizes and produces H.264 video (in whatever container format, I don't really care about that) that is decodeable with FFDShow.

I second this request.

I used a FAQ for meGUI and couldn't figure out why it interlaced my movies.
