Getting Publishing Rights to VGM?
 

Hey all, long time no see. My question was about how to go about getting the rights to publish my own arrangements of vgm in a book to sell. I've found a small single-run publisher and I'd really like to finally get some kickback for all the time I've put in arranging music. So, I thought I might try and come out with a Yasunori Mitsuda Best Collection for guitar and I was wondering what I have to do or who I would need to contact to work that out. And if anyone has ballpark figures on what something like this would entail.
