So I can't download things (something I can't explain)
Ok, I COULD download anything I want, but I can't use any torrent program. This is because there are three other people in my house who play FFXI 24/7 and if I hit up the torrents I get people hounding me to stop because they get disconnected from the game.
Now, I'm using a PC (windows XP), one of the three mmorpg addicts is using the wifi connection in my house, the other two are using a device that allows the internet to flow through the AC in the house, so there's this huge plug in the wall with ethernet cords sticking out. I highly doubt those details matter, what matters is that torrents seem to dominate EVERYTHING and I really want to download Symphony of the Night. Assuming using someone else's internet is not an option, how can I stop, say, a program like BitComet from completely hogging up the internet, OR, where can I find a source for Symphony of the Night (PSX). I need a good .bin or .iso file of this game. I'm thinking of an alternative to torrents, what's a good one that DOESNT hog the internet and is not a program like Kazaa or Soulseek. Much thanks (and love) |
If you're lucky you might find it from an HTTP source (in which case, google might work), but more than likely, you'll have to use FTPs and see who has it.
As for HTTP, this might work, I don't know... http://www.emuparadise.org/roms/psx/...20the%20Night/ |
All you need to do is limit both the torrent uploads and downloads to a fraction of your connection, and you should be good.
