Is it just me, or does it look like From Software may have actually brought a decent RPG to the 360. It's been unofficially announced that this game will finally come to the US this summer. Here's a trailer of this game courtesy of gameslow.com.

Yeah I seen a lot of Jap guys online who have this game and many achievements. It does look interesting and the more games they bring over here the better.

Also, has it been confirmed whether or not all 360 games can play on all 360s around the world. Like it is regionally open?

I remember it being some weird set of restrictions like Jap 360s can play any region but the Jap games themselves are region-locked or something vaguely like that. If you ever find an official source on how it works, post it here.

I remember seeing footage at E3 '05 and it looked quite impressive then, and even more so now that the game has been complete. I have also heard alot of Japanese gamers say that the story and just the game overall is really good. Hopefully this game will reach NA shores, GOD let it reach our shores so that we can have a decent turnbased RPG for the 360. And then maybe Blue Dragon will arrive next.

Interesting... there was a scene in the trailer there that looked exactly like FF8 where Edea summons the ice shards to pierce Squall. And the person who did it looks rather similar as well...

You mean like: J-360 can play ANY region game (0-8), but only J-360 can play Japan Region Games (... #?)?

Well the game certainly looks interesting, but I'd have to get a 360 first. Gorgeous graphics too.

Also, it's probably just me, but the font on the building on the right-side of the second screenshot you posted, that font seems to be very similar to the kind used in FFX. Maybe I'm just imagining things.

I saw a trailer of this earlier. I must say, it's impressive. It has an XI/PSO feel, and it looks good.

I hope people don't try to exploit bugs in this game. They've done that in EQ, Diablo 2, RO, Flyff, and basically all MMORPG's out there bar XI. Eventually they will probably bring out expansion packs with this but so far it looks really impressive.

Elixir: You confuse me with the second part of your post there. You were talking about people exploiting bugs where Enchant ARM is not an MMORPG, so I'm not sure what you're trying to get at...

But on that last line, other then Condemned and G.R.A.W. I would have to agree with you. And this is DEFINATLY the first GOOD turn-based RPG on any Micro$oft console.

Cobalt: I had the same scene from FF8 running through my head when I saw the trailer for [eM] aswell. But FF8 is my favourite FF game of the series, so it's always running through my head, lol. ^^;

Dark: I see what you mean about the font and I agree that it does look alot like the Al-Bhed font and a couple of others from FFX... good eye ;)

Looks interesting. Pretty much every japanese player i have run into on the 360 has this game on their acheivement lists.

First impression: Booooooooooooooooring.

Sorry, but putting generic and Japanese RPG in the same sentence is kind of redundant.
