Gourmayo and other flavored condiments

Apparently French's has put out a line of flavored light mayonnaise products cleverly titled "Gourmayo." I've only had the opportunity to taste the Wasabi Horseradish mayo, but the other flavors look enticing, and the Wasabi flavor adds a real nice kick to just about any sandwich.

Seems like this was long overdue, considering we already have a billion flavors of mustard, and a few varieties of ketchup as well. What's your favorite flavor combo? Give us some ideas of how you use, or would use, these and any other crazy flavored condiments if you had the chance.

Also, fry sauce. It's made easily enough - a simple mixture of mayo and ketchup - and as far as I can tell, it's only a Utah thing. Who else knows about fry sauce, who likes it, who hates it, and what do you put it on or dip in it? What other mixtures have you tried?

I mix Sweet and sour sauce with Ranch dressing for Chicken burgers and sometimes for French Fries. MMMM.... good.

Another mix is ketchup and Ranch dressing for chicken burgers and fries. Or even BBQ sauce and Ketchup. I love mixing things up.

That actually sounds pretty good, Ayos.

The best example of fry sauce used universally is the altered onion ring dipping sauce at Red Robin. They use barbecue sauce instead of ketchup, and it's freaking amazing. I'm not the biggest supporter of fry sauce in general, but it's all right.

*wants to try this with a sandwich* http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6.../prod_g_cc.jpg

My favorite combination? Hm, probably Tonkatsu sauce mixed with chili oil. Adds a nice zing to my usually already spicy meals =D.

I went to a restaurant named Iggy's the other night, and they had an interesting dipping sauce nameed "chili water" ... it was definitely very thin and watery, and is extremely sweet when it first hits your tastebuds, then the spiciness spreads like wildfire. I love it. Does anyone know exactly what's in this? Seems like it'd have to be a mixture of things, something that's probably pretty simple, but I'd still like to know. My guess is that it's jalapeno oil mixed with some flavored high fructose corn syrup.

I got addicted to mixing mayo with ketchup thanks to friends of mine who love the chippy; absofuckinglutely gorgeous. I upgraded it a notch by buying Napoleonata sauce to go with the mayo. I would never have thought of it myself but they just go together so well.

BEST FOODS MAYO + SOY SAUCE.

Best thing ever on steamed broccoli, EVER. I think most Japanese-Americans I've met across the country have agreed with me on this.

well, i haven't personally done this myself, but my aunt used to mix Thousand Island dressing, a bit of mayo, and ketchup when she made burgers. i'm sure it'd be really good with sandwiches too.
