Adding subtitle to movie

I recently download a movie that comes with .sub. Now I wanted to add the subs into the movie permanently and burn it into 2 VCD (The movie is over 2 hours long.) I have tried using AutoGK but with no luck. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks in advance.
