Muhyo to Rouji
 

This manga is a horror/comedy hybrid involving the punishment of ghosts, whose annual crime rate seems to have increased. Muhyo, the youngest executor, applies magic laws which fall into 3 categories: ascension into heaven, punishment to hell, or sealing away. Rouji, his blundering yet well-meaning assistant is responsible for helping out Muhyo, and is able to do so later on through his use of magic seals and a special pen. Together, along with several comrades that eventually help the duo out, they go and exorcise ghosts, applying magic laws with an appropriate sentence for each crime.

Muhyo is a popular long-running series in Japan, and very fortunately, Shiraku has recently decided to provide scanlations, despite a rather long period of a lack of interest from many other scan groups. There is also currently no wikipedia entry on it. The ghosts themselves, are very terrifying and gross to behold, despite being primarily a comedic manga. It is worth noting that Muhyo appears in Jump Ultimate Stars as a playable character.

Thanks for the links. I'll take your words for this. I might just like it. You should add more description for some of the main characters. I'd like to know what he is and not just what he can do in JUS =].

I should really take a look at the series one of these days. I know some of the story from a RP I'm in...but I still have yet to check it out...so I guess now would be a good time to.
