Flashing Error Message

In my system tray, I keep getting a error message flash and disappear in a split second. I can't read it and it's been doing this for a week at least. All I've been able to catch is a red error balloon and "Your Computer..." It's random but it was appearing a lot earlier. Any ideas of what the error is or why it's flashing then disappearing? I was trying to catch it with print screen but no luck.

Did you turn off the Windows Firewall or Anti-Virus?

Are you using XP with SP2?

Does this look like the error message that you get?

If so, all you have to do is turn on Windows Firewall, or install a firewall of your choosing.

If so, all you have to do is turn on Windows Firewall, or install a firewall of your choosing.

You can also tell Windows not to monitor your firewall status by clicking on the "Recommendations" button in Security Center; there is an option in the resulting dialog box for turning that monitoring off.

=/ It looks exactly like that from the glance I get. I guess the firewall is glitching because it is turned on.

Also if you notice the arrow there on the taskbar, it can be extended out to see the balloon.

That's the strange thing. When it first did that, I clicked that arrow because I do keep some icons hidden. But it wasn't there. So I unchecked my hide icons box and let them all show and it still popped up and went away =/
