Hey everyone can anyone tell me how i to rip the music from Tony Hawks Pro Skater 2 For The PC (plus dont link me to the soundtrack that Galbadia Hotel Has their songs a screwed from that OST)

Have you tried any of the more common extractors such as Nova Software Extractor, Game Audio Player, Dragon UnPacker, Jaeder Naub? Google all of them and try scanning obvious archives (filesize which is usually >10MB) with each and every one of them. There are other methods too, but let's see if you can find anything using some basic software.
