Building a new PC

This PC will be for my parents. And for me to rip/burn DVDs/CDs, since my laptop cannot do it without kicking up the fans to Mach 2 level. So, I'm not looking for anything that will pimp out the latest games. I know it'd be possible if I bought a nice graphics card, but I don't want to spend money on that.

Here's the parts that I'm looking at. Any suggestions would be appreciated, but I'm trying to keep this under 350.

Processor:
AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+(65W) Windsor 2.0GHz Socket AM2 Processor for $131
OR
AMD Athlon 64 3500+ Orleans 2.2GHz 512KB L2 Cache Socket AM2 Processor for $89

Motherboard
ASUS M2NPV-VM Socket AM2 NVIDIA GeForce 6150 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard for $88

RAM
CORSAIR ValueSelect 1GB (2 x 512MB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667 for $109

Video/Sound/Communications
On Board

Hard Drive
Something from my old computer, 160 GB.

Optical Drives
Some Lite-ON DVD-RW I bought a year back
AND
LG DVD Burner for $31

Case
Inwin C720T for $50

Monitor/Keyboard/Speakers/Mouse:

Old Computer.

It's a good budget build. I would choose the X2 processor because multitasking will be better (i.e. burning and web surfing at the same time, etc). Other than that, looks like you are on your way!

I normally like the NEC DVD burner a tiny bit better, even if it's 5-6 dollars more.
