Saving Myspace/Youtube Videos

I am trying to save this video
http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fu...eoID=651009779

using this site.

When I save the .FLV file, it won't play in my flash player.

Anyone have a different way of doing things, or can show me how to save this video?

Try http://keepvid.com/. I've used it in the past and had good results.

My old version of VLC player plays FLVs (0.8.4a)
I think the newer ones don't support, could be wrong.

Just get FLV Player.

Also, you can convert FLV files into any format (like AVI) using a program called SUPER.

Converting to AVI or something is useful if you like to be able to use the "seekbar" and skip through the video. Other players only allow to play and rewind.

EDIT:

Tried out FLV Player. On some videos I can use the seek function, some others I can't.

Save your video, and then play it with this. FLV Player. That should do the job.

If you use the Firefox browser, there is an extension that will let you download flash movies from certain websites like myspace and youtube. It's called VideoDownloader.

Once you install it, just go to the website that has the movie, click the icon on Firefox's status bar (lower right) and it will provide you with a link to download the video.
Once you've downloaded the video, you can use FLV Player to play it.

Edit: If you don't want to bother with Firefox and VideoDownloader, I've ripped the movie in your post and uploaded it to a generic file hosting service. Here's the link. You still need FLV Player to play it.
