A good reason NOT to "ghost ride the whip"

I'd heard about this before, but never actually seen what they do until tonight while searching on youtube. Well, over on another forum I check out, someone linked to this video.

Needless to say, I expected something like this to happen eventually to guys who basically make their cars that much easier to steal.

Looks staged to me. I'm slightly disappointed, as well. I had hoped he would crash into something instead.

It doesn't looks like the kind of neighborhood where that would really happen especially in the middle of the day and the first and only person seeing you do such a stupid stunt would be the one to steal your car.
I thought maybe the car would have outran him and crashed into a house.

While I was seeing the various "ghosting" videos, that's what I kept hoping would happen. It may be staged, but that panic definitely looked pretty real (as was their assumption that their neighborhood was safe enough to let them do somethng this stupid).

Well, honestly, that car doesn't look worth stealing. I don't know if anybody would be stupid enough to chance getting their image caught on video in the middle of the crime, either.

And it HAD to be a black dude that steals it, huh?
