I remember this show distinctly because I had a Game Genie and was trying to get some codes for BattleToads. I would get up around 6:30 every Saturday morning in hopes of getting ahold of those codes.

What I do not remember is the corniness of it all. C'mon dudes, have a look!

I remember this show. JD Roth is a fucking retard.

Strangely, as corny as it is, it doesn't bug me half as much as the shit they show on G4.

Aside from all corniness of it all they seemed to have known what they were talking about. Makes me want to start collecting SNES games again.

I think the other guy was trying waaay too hard to be just like "Bill S. Preston, Esq.".

But considering this was recorded in 1990, it's normal. This was the style then, obnoxious as it seems now.

The hairdo's, intense jean jackets and "hip" lingo is enough to distract you from what they're actually talking about. Strangely enough, it would seem normal back then, and you'd actually concentrate on getting cheat codes, not just on the number of badges sewn to his jacket.
