Just about everyone is or has been insecure in their life. You'd be hard-pressed to find someone who isn't insecure in some way, for some reason. Though your theory may be accurate, it's not altogether new.

There's already a thread for sweeping generalisations; this "theory" sounds more like one of those.

What the hell kind of general statement is that. Some of us assholes were once nice people until we got shat all over and wisened up. The exact opposite of what your "theory" claims.

I wonder if maybe, just maybe, you could have described that theory a little more....in depth.

What I was trying to do was be an asshole (Success #1) to warn him of the dangers of making topics about assholes (Success #2).
