Wireless USB LAN adapter being annoying
 

We got wireless broadband at home and I bought a Wireless USB LAN adapter. It worked beautifully after I installed it. The next day I turn on my computer and the damn thing isn't working anymore. What's worse is that it keeps telling me how fabulous the signal strength is etc but when I click on Internet Explorer I get nothing. Ethernet is fine though. Any ideas?
