Desktop - Fuzzy Background/Highlighted Icons
 

My cousin's having problems with his desktop. He apparently dragged an image from Windows Word to his Desktop (I tried on my computer but it's not possible but anyways...different ver.?) and now his background is fuzzy and his icons are highlighted. I already asked him to Print Screen but his keyboard is fucked xD

I suggested that he change his background (a common solution) but no effect. Any idea?
