my latest work ,just a picture,no means.
does it seems like evile?

It certainly looks like nothing. It lacks a focus and just seems very crowded. It's hard on the eyes.

I'd say make the background simple and maybe move the ornate design in the middle of the circle some place else.

Yeah, not only is it really busy, it looks like it's little more than a series of photoshop filters. Try not to overdo them, and also try not to use a lot in the same image. Filters don't make a boring image more exciting, they make a boring image more obviously amateur.

hey that one guy splattered paint randomly on a canvus and somehow became famous. This is a pretty good nothing when looking back at that.
