help me on mugen please, the nightmare SSj3HD wont work

download him and look, i got him in my chars and added him fine, but it said couldnt open a file called .SSJ3HD, and i renamed it to .CNS but it said there needs at least one command file, and then i discovered he has no windows NT command file, someone ive it to me or make it for me please?

yea you should have posted in the offical thread for this but i'll take a look at it and tell you what you need to do
