patch problem with Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory PC
 

For some reason, whenever I try to install the FULL patch to v1.05, it doesn't patch, and fails on updating file maps.sm0 . The patch program also returns with a Error code 36. I've tried doing multiple ways to get this to work. I've googled up and down, with no luck. Does anyone know what I can do?
