What is the best...
PS2 controller with turbo function?
I need opinions on the best value ones. And I'm curious, is there any difference of the turbo speed on these controllers? If so thats an important factor for me to consider. I won't pay any more than £15 for it though. By the way I have done plenty of searches for them, but the lack of info about the turbo is getting in my way. Anyway all I want is your opinions. Cheers. |
Hmmm... must not be many people with turbo'd 'trollers then...
:1zhelp:? Just a bump |
When you say 'turbo' are you talking about that newbish function where the buttons react like someone bashing them really fast when you press them or something else?
|
Heh, 'newbish'... if you say so. Yes I am talking about that.
If I have to explain myself, It's only because I have fuck-all time to play anything. Seriously. Anyway, It'll allow me to progress in my game for a while without me being there. Whether you agree or not, it's my decision and I'm stickin' to it :) |
I wouldn't say the speed of the turbo is really an issue it's more a case of pad features and how easy it is to use (for example I always test controllers on something like street fighter since that has very precise movements and if it's hard to play with generally it's because the pad has been designed badly)
As for what you're looking for I see your problem, most of the good resources are in dollars but I did manage to dig this up link |
I could see you making the initial post, but you actually waited a freaking month without typing "PS2 turbo controller" into a Google search? You do know this is the internet right?
Aside from that what game are you playing where just enabling a turbo feature will aide your pocess without you being there? |
Spoiler:
This. A wireless turbo Anashin 2 controller by Hori. It feels great, it's wireless, the turbo function has 3 different speeds, and the batteries still haven't died on me since the middle of october. I don't know how much these cost in your currency, though. It's great for Metal Slug. |
Cheers for the feedback guys. In answer to your comment about searching Hotobu, I google'd it before I posted the thread...

Elixir, that 'troller just looks awesome. Doubt they'd sell it over here though, and the price will stop me from buying it too... I might try that Gamespert one then. £9 aint too steep I guess. |
