Maddox is awesome, hands down. Look at some of these weekly submission artworks by his "fans". I enjoyed the earlier ones...like the one with the kid getting the Flaming Child Punch. If you browse aroudn the net you will find a bunch of Maddox wannabe's coming up with either shrines to him...or sites that try to be similiar. Some of this guys shit is just hilarious though...

I think Maddox is like Tucker Max. Really overrated. Do they have their moments? Absolutely. Are they worthy of this sort of "fame"? Fuck no.

Everyone keeps saying "Yeah, that Maddox has lost his touch" but he's pretty much always been the same as he is now. People just get tired of him. Having said that, I think he's pretty funny sometimes. I read Ninjapirate as well, guiltily.

I still find Maddox more entertaining than all the wannabes. They are either trying far to hard (FIST. DOUBLE FIST!) or they just lack the charm of Maddox. Both sometimes.
I still read some of his things to get a laugh.

I've followed Maddox for years, and I find him to be pretty much the same as when he first started, a little bit tamer, but better spoken. That said, I find him hilariously funny (and right more often than not), and I'm definately going to support his book when it comes out.

You know the article about anime fans? It's hilarious.

Maddox can be funny when he's not trying too hard to be funny.

Sometimes you can tell when he's trying to strain content, or when he's speaking his vehement hate for certain things from the heart~

I don't think he changed all the much, the only thing that changed was the topics of his rants and the fact that he put up some fanmail and took shots at people. He never really tried to push himself on anyone until people read his shit and went holy crap thats funny...I <3 you Maddox. Now they buy his t shirt and go around wearing an eye patch like him.

Tucker Max clearly tries to appease his readers where I dont think Mad does that as much, if he did ...Im sure we would be seeing alot more from him...instead hes just kind of like...what the hell, ill update when I wanna update. Plus some of his artwork is just awesome. and yes, so was he one about anime fans.

I discovered maddox about a year ago, and I think he's still funny.

He has his moments. I think most of his ideas are funny, even if the execution is sloppy. The trouble is, Maddox is the kind of thing you love to hate because stupid people love it so much. Like The Matrix.

I dont know about that, if you read some of the stuff he hates on...(The Garfield Movie, All things Cameron Diaz, the whole blog community, Emo + Goth, Daredevil movie, Matrix part 2 and 3 movie, U2's latest CD, etc) ...i think its stuff that is easily hated on...I dont really see him rant about something and then later go on to talk about how he kind of likes it.

His rant about "Extreme" commercialing on products was great, you all should go back and read that one. The Extreme Diarreah picture makes it classic.

There is no getting around the XFL MVP.

I'm always thinking about this when I read his site.
I think he's hilarious when on top form, but one problem I have with him; he updates far too little.
