Vision M converter
 

For some random reason I am not able to convert any videos of any file type to put onto my Creative. I havn't done anything to screw it up, and I tried re-installing the program which didn't work. I got a new Creative a month or so ago, and re-installed the new software that came with it and it still doesn't work. Heres a picture of the problem:

It doesn't even try to convert them it just gives up in about 2 seconds... Can this be fixed, or is there some sweet alternative converter that I should know about?
