How can put my own pic (avatar)

Dear administrator,

How can I put my own pic in the avatar?
I found no link and no trace that would grant me this honour

1) Take a pic of yourself with a webcam or digi cam that can hook up to the comp via usb and save it somewhere.
2) Click "User CP" at the top left.
3) Click "Edit Avatar" somewhere on the left.
4) Upload from your comp and enjoy ;)

Click on the User CP link on the far right of the forum's navigation bar. From there, click on Edit Avatar from the list on the left. You should be good to go from there (be mindfull of avatar restrictions if you are uploading your own).

EDIT: I need to increase my WMP.
