Heroscape (Not VG, perse, but gaming nonetheless!)
 

I'm very close to buying this board game because it looks like an interesting cross-genre strategy game. Samurai vs. Dragons vs. robots?

It looks simple enough the get into with the depth of a game like Mage Knight. Looks like a good deal for 40$!

Has anybody tried this out? What is your verdict on Heroscape? I haven't been able to find any reviews emphasizing any debiliatatingly bad aspects of the game.
